3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

LaunchBiz uses artificial intelligence to generate business plans, pitch decks, market research, and related content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, tax, or otherwise)
• You retain ownership of content created with AI assistance on the Service

7. Pricing and Payment

LaunchBiz is offered as a one-time purchase of $19.90 per company, granting lifetime access to the tools available at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fee at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as LaunchBiz continues to operate the Service. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features over time.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchBiz and Mentis Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. LaunchBiz is a planning and content-generation tool; it does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your business plan and pitch deck content before termination using the Service's export features.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
